Returns


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Different types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Furthermore, we do not accept intimate or health products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised and the item is returned within 20 calendar days of delivery, the cost of the item will be refunded. The additional payment on delivery and the costs for returning the item will not be reimbursed and will remain the responsibility of the buyer. We advise you to be careful in providing a tracking number. We could not be responsible for missing or undelivered orders without identification and traceability. In case we do not receive the package delivery within 20 days the warehouse will reserve the right to refuse the refund request.

To complete the return, we request a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are some situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). 
Book with obvious signs of use

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to change it for the same item, send us an email to support@honeycomfortx.com

 

Shipping 
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your product to trade to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $ 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Transport and Delivery

Deliveries take place in max. 60 working days from the order. Some deliveries have very short times (7/14 days) while others are very long (60 days max). This variability is given by external factors such as: the type of product, the supplier, the shipping method chosen by the supplier to ship the goods, the order quantity managed.

Once the order is entrusted to the courier or postal service, if traceability is provided on the given product, the Customer will receive an email containing the tracking code that will allow tracking of the status of the shipment.

Return
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, unused items can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days from the delivery date.

Return Instructions

6.1 To request a return authorization, the Customer must send a request to 
support@honeycomfortx.com within 30 days of order delivery. The names of the items to be returned and the desired compensation must be specified in the e-mail: size change, or partial refund. Once the return request is received, honeycomfortx.com will send the Customer a written confirmation via e-mail.


6.2 Shipping costs will be charged to the customer, we also advise you to be careful in providing a tracking number. We could not be responsible for missing or undelivered orders without identification and traceability.

In the return procedure for size change, the return shipment will be charged to the customer.
It is possible to change for a different size or a different color of the same item. The exchange and return option is valid for the first change relating to an order within 14 days of delivery. The customer will bear the shipping costs.


In the mode of return made for reimbursement with motivation the right of withdrawal, the shipment will be charged to the customer.

Refund method
Refunds are made at different times based on the method of repayment chosen: payment method - refund method - expected time (after receiving the return)


Paypal - within 14 working days or, if possible, immediate refund.
Discount coupon - within 1-2 working days or, if possible, immediate.

The working days will be after the date on which the return will be delivered to the company headquarters.

The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.

Each garment must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received together with the order. All footwear and accessories must be returned along with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been in any way damaged and / or altered, nor used as a single external packaging.
In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by honeycomfrotx.com, it is required to follow the same instructions as above. honeycomfortx.com reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective merchandise and to bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises.

Swimwear and intimate garments (Bikini, briefs, boxers, etc.) must be tried on your own underwear. The returns of these items will be refused and returned with shipping by the customer, to the Customer if the items show signs of use.
All returned items are subject to inspection by honeycomfortx.com and must comply with all the parameters listed in the return procedure. honeycomfortx.com reserves the right to establish a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods in cases where the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions provided by our returns policy.

honeycomfortx.com reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns. Acceptance of these returns, however, involves a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.
